We are seeking a dedicated Labour Grievance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for resolving labour complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Responsibilities
• Promptly and professionally handle and resolve labour complaints.
• Investigate and analyze labour grievances.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure effective resolution of complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Prepare reports on complaint trends for management review.
Requirements and Skills
• Proven experience in handling labour complaints.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi is essential.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license is... mandatory.
