Crawler Crane Mechanic - Dubai Engineering & Technical

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
• Independently perform maintenance and repairs on the Crawler cranes.
• Perform allocated work within the given timeframe to customers.
• Diagnose, check, and set the mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Assembly and disassembly of the Crawler crane.
• Attend breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance at customer’s premises as required, following appropriate routines, procedures, safety instructions, and regulations.
• Ensure all job cards and field service sheets are completed correctly.
• Understand and work according to parts ordering procedures.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products and attend training courses.
• Use and apply knowledge, training, technical, and personal skills to carry out allocated work.
• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met through the provision of quality workmanship.
• Handle customer and company property, including workshop tools... and equipment, appropriately with due care and control.
• Maintain a professional standard when discussing work with customers and colleagues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness in the workshop and common areas.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures, including document and record completion.
• Understand and work in accordance with Quality policy and standards.

Minimum Requirements:
• Previous work experience in a similar position (3-4 years).
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to organize own workload.
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure.
• Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate in English.
