We Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a Project Engineer who has at least 10 years of experience in UAE with the same position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and supervise a team of carpenters, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, provide cost estimates, and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, reviewing and approving expenditures to ensure projects remain within budgetary limits.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members, providing regular updates on... project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Extensive experience in carpentry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of carpenters
• Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
