Job Descrption
We are seeking skilled Carpenters and Painters with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on various residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
For Carpenters:
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Measure and cut materials to specifications.
• Install cabinetry, doors, windows, and moldings.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and site supervisors.
For Painters:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and washing.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and stains using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired... colors and textures.
• Ensure smooth and even application for high-quality finishes.
• Repair and maintain surfaces prior to painting.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Proficiency in carpentry and painting techniques.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Comfort with standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
