Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business development opportunities to expand existing customer base
• Evaluate incoming requests, handle queries and prepare quotes
• Deliver effective objection handling and troubleshooting to maximise Opportunity-to-Won conversion rate
• Recommend and implement effective outbound lead generation strategies by interacting with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, or during face-to-face meetings to generate viable opportunities
• Identify, pursue and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise Customer Lifetime Value
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, prospect and customer records to track progress and facilitate cross-departmental communication
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic relationship management with prospective and existing customers, and effective stakeholder management
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and supporting collateral
• Collaborate with... Senior Management and Marketing Team to facilitate effective business development and lead generation initiatives
• Keep up to date with relevant trends and industry developments
• Execute RFI/RFP process under the Sales Manager’s supervision to facilitate smooth and efficient proposal creation
• Follow up on overdue invoices
• Facilitate exceptional client retention through effective communication, relationship management skills and customer service skills.
• Compile weekly / monthly Opportunity Status reports
Candidate requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, or any related field
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development/ Customer relations
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM packages
• Fluency in English. Additional languages would be a plus
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated personal drive to succeed and reach sales targets.
• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, negotiation, closing, and follow-up skills
• Customer-oriented
• Preference for females from Eastern European countries
