Maintain the aesthetic appeal of gardens by planting, pruning, and weeding, ensuring each plant thrives in its environment.Implement effective pest control measures, utilizing organic options whenever possible to promote a healthy ecosystem.Keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy by regularly removing debris and litter, enhancing the overall charm of the property.Manage irrigation systems, adjusting watering schedules based on seasonal changes and plant needs to optimize growth.Assist in landscape design projects, collaborating with clients to understand their vision and provide practical solutions. Minimum high school diploma; horticulture or landscaping certification is a plus, showcasing a commitment to the field.At least 2 years of hands-on gardening experience, demonstrating proficiency in diverse plant care and maintenance techniques.Proficient in English; additional language skills can enhance communication with diverse clients and team members.Strong knowledge of local flora and... soil types, enabling effective decision-making in plant selection and care.Ability to operate and maintain gardening machinery, such as lawnmowers and trimmers, ensuring efficiency and safety
