Conduct geological surveys and analyses to assess resource availability, site stability, and environmental impact.Design and implement drilling plans for exploration and extraction, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Utilize geophysical and geochemical techniques to gather data on subsurface conditions and identify potential hazards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop site-specific geological models and project feasibility studies.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.Monitor ongoing geological operations and provide technical support to field teams during exploration and construction phases.Conduct risk assessments related to geological hazards, such as landslides, earthquakes, and subsidence.Maintain accurate geological databases and ensure data integrity for future reference and research.Stay updated with the latest geological technologies and methodologies to enhance... project outcomes.Participate in community engagement and environmental stewardship initiatives to promote sustainable practices. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in mining, construction, or environmental consulting.Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for senior roles.Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for solving complex geological problems and making data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-specialists.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and build strong professional relationships.Willingness to travel to project sites and conduct fieldwork in various environmental conditions
