Job Descrption

Oversee the design and construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify that work is performed according to project specifications.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to address any technical issues that arise during construction.Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules, to track progress and compliance.Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion.Manage and monitor subcontractors’ performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis, design simulation, and project management to optimize workflows.Support the procurement process by evaluating bids and selecting appropriate materials and suppliers.Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and... addressing concerns from team members and stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to incorporate best practices in project execution. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master's degree is a plus for advanced projects.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and bridge construction projects.Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable for enhanced credibility.Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project schedules; PMP certification is a bonus.Strong familiarity with CAD and structural design software; proficiency in BIM tools is an added advantage.Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages is preferred for international projects.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to civil engineering projects.Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges effectively.Physical capability to conduct site visits and inspections, including lifting and moving materials as necessary
