Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer (Material Engineer) with 10+ years of experience to oversee and manage the quality control and assurance of materials for our construction projects in the UAE.This role involves material testing, inspection, and documentation, along with coordinating with project teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures.Conduct inspections and testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, soil, etc.)Coordinate laboratory and field testing of materialsAnalyze test results and recommend corrective actionsEnsure that all QA/QC documentation is maintained, organized, and submittedDevelop and implement checklists, inspection forms, and quality tracking systems.Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors.Investigate material-related issues and... initiate non-conformance reports (NCR). Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC with a focus on material quality in the construction industryStrong understanding of industry standards and local UAE regulations.Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, or ASNT are preferred
