Job Descrption
This position sits at the intersection of finance and investments within a luxury brand hospitality group. As a Strategy Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Investment Committee and Finance Planning and Analysis division.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform M&A strategy as the Group expands across EMEA.

Main Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Aquisition Opportunities: Assess and evaluate financial and strategic acquisition opportunities across EMEA.
• Financial Statement Analysis: Interpret and analyze complex financial statements to inform business decisions.
• Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to Finance and Board of Directors.
Requirements:
You must be able to read, write, and speak Arabic fluently.
Ideally, we are looking for qualified chartered accountants or chartered financial analysts with a Real Estate Hospitality background.
