Additionally, the position involvescoordinating with banks, wealth managers, and funds for executing transactions, reconciliation, and recommending essentialmeasures for wealth and return optimization.The Group is actively looking for investible opportunities in businesses / financial instruments in various geographies to earnrisk-adjusted returns. Management Information Systems (MIS) (Skill Level: High Intermediate to Advanced)Primary responsibility (with team assistance) for:i. Portfolio Reporting - Periodical management reporting and preparation of detailed MIS dashboard forManagement review; segregated by investment category, products, geography, sector, maturity etc.ii. Return Analysis & Risk Management- Detailed review of returns on portfolio, individual products etc. Identifylow performing investments and find alternate investment options. Risk Management through analysis andbalancing exposure at multiple levels.B. Investment Advisory & Decision-Making Support (Skill Level – Advanced)Routine banking & treasury management, along with need-based investment advisory-i. Banking & Finance- Co-ordination with bankers/ custodians / wealth managers for productrecommendations, placing orders, fund transfers, tracking, execution, documentation and negotiation oncommissions, interest rates and other charges levied to increase cost-efficiency.ii. Treasury & Cashflow Management - Detailed cashflow analysis & planning & avoid idle balances in bankaccounts to optimise portfolio returns.iii. Investment Analysis & Advisory– Critical analysis of existing investments and evaluate new opportunitieswith relevant data/views to support management decision making for buying/selling/holding investments.C. Managing and Helping Team (Skill Level- Intermediate)-Helping and guiding subordinate team in –i. Collating data for MIS Preparation, Reconciliation with accounting books, MIS and bank/custody statements.ii. Book-keeping & Accounts Finalisation, Co-ordination with auditors and Regulatory Filings etc.iii. Bank Account Opening, Fund transfers and other banking activities.Knowledge/capability of routine accounting and finalisation of accounts would be an added advantage
