Job Descrption
• Provide leadership and guidance to the assigned team for the achievement of the overall assigned regional portfolio financial and non-financial objectives.
• Active involvement with the relevant FID Business Heads in developing business strategy for the country.
• Maintain an effective operating environment by leading all aspects of business including both line & support functions.
• Manage relationships with Government Authorities and Regulators, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including UAE regulations governing foreign operations of local banks.
• Manage a team inclusive of SRM/RM and one desk officer to ensure deeper share of wallet (SOW) for the client. Prepare and implement account plans for key clients.
• Ensure that... our FI overseas branches are utilized to originate transactions for the network, a concept which has not been inculcated in our FI branches to the desired level.
