Job Descrption
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Maintenance department asset maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and integrity of assets.
• Develop and implement Maintenance objectives, key performance indicators’ achievement setting / results and resources’ performance management through effective coaching and counselling process.
• Develop, implement, analyse, and control Department’s Operating (OPEX) and Capital (CAPEX) expenses.
