Job Descrption
As a Videographer/Photographer you will:
Videography:
• Film videos/reels on set or at various locations, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project requirements.
• Ensure availability and functionality of all necessary filming equipment and tools.
• Edit and refine footage in post-production, utilizing the latest editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• Craft engaging and compelling video content tailored for specific platforms or client needs.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to efficiently plan and execute shoots for social media and portals, such as Instagram and You Tube.
• Edit video content for various formats, including cinematic, social media... commercial and editorial videos, interviews, online edits, event highlights, and awards trailers.
• Collaborate with our creative teams to bring visual stories to life based on an agreed brief or storyboard.
• Ensure seamless transitions, audio clarity, and visual appeal in the final product.
• Manage multiple video projects at a time, incorporating feedback and refining edits, and providing advice to videographers ahead of shoots to help inform the brief.
• Stay updated on video trends across different platforms.
• Self-manage time effectively, meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Contribute your creative insights to elevate our content.Photography:
• Conduct on-site photography sessions of various properties, including residential homes and luxury estates, across Dubai.
• Capture high-quality images that accentuate the selling points and unique features of each property for portals and social media.
• A keen eye on fashion and lifestyle photography for headshots and group photoshoots.
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom to enhance visual appeal and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure photography aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on real estate photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our images.
• Manage photography equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for photography sessions, including arranging access to properties and communicating with clients.Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and photography, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and retouching.
• Extensive experience with Sony equipment, including lights, triggers, cameras, and more.
• Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to various properties across Dubai.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture the unique characteristics of each property.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
