Job Descrption
Having 2-3 years experience in garments industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Take precise measurements and conduct fittings to ensure garments fit properly.
· Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and seamstresses, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of fabrics
· Proven experience as a Master Tailor
· Proficient in traditional tailoring techniques, including pattern making, cutting, fitting, and sewing.
· Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and their properties.
· Excellent sewing skills, with the ability to work with different fabrics and handle complex alterations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team member
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
· Knows how to take measurement accurately
• Figuring out... the best technique for mass production.
• Developing innovative patterns for various garments.
• Cutting the fabrics and garments.
• Recommending improvements in the existing designs.
• Providing sewing instructions to tailors actively responsible for quality control in the tailoring department
• Minimizing material waste.
• Training new employees in pattern cutting
Well experience in taking measurements precisely

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
