Responsibilities
• Conduct user Research to understand user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with developers and product... managers to implement designs
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Must Have
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma)
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of usability principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (such as WCAG)
• Ability to create custom illustrations and graphics
• deeper understanding of user research techniques and usability testing methodologies
• understanding of motion design and the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations
• Proficiency in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and using analytics tools
