Job Descrption
Responsible for handling the company's entire social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and the company website. This includes content creation, photoshoots, videography, editing, and all ad management. CEO content creation and personal branding tasks are also part of the role.
Franchise Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage franchise marketing and email communication with the second party (Francrop). Ensure consistent follow-up for updates, marketing initiatives, promotions, and inquiries, and relay relevant data to the designated contact person.
Website Management:
Oversee website content creation, software updates, backups, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper maintenance and updates.
Strategy and Growth Planning:
Contribute to company growth strategies by identifying opportunities for events and pop-ups, planning for key dates (e.g., Christmas, National Day... Valentine’s Day, Ramadan, etc.), and staying informed of UAE events. Prepare and maintain annual calendars and event plans.
Marketing and PR Tasks:
Regular weekly backups and reports, creating and managing monthly content calendars, packaging design, PR coordination, market research, and SMS/newsletters. Ensure seamless execution of photoshoots, influencer/blogger engagement, and social media management across various review platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Zomato). Design for kiosks, stands, and vouchers as needed, and handle any new branding requirements.
PR Management:
Responsible for all PR tasks, maintaining a backup of PR links, and updating the website and social media with press releases promptly.
