Job Descrption
- Perform project planning and conceptual designs on various landscape and restoration projects
- Perform technical landscape architecture work in environmental landscape design, restoration projects and transportation projects
- Prepare conceptual design drawings and public outreach presentations
- Prepare landscape construction documents including irrigation design, technical specifications and cost estimates
- Mentor and develop the skills of junior staff
- Works in collaboration with other designers on a wide array of project scales ranging from urban streetscapes, civic plazas, large scale waterfront parks, urban district plans
- Manages projects and staff in support of the Principal in charge
- Project Coordination responsibilities including preparation of contract documents
