Job Descrption
Acquiring and maintaining customers and agents for Residential interior design services through direct sales in addition to other sales channels
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities are:
Main Activities:
· Participation in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan.
· Qualifying prospects, introducing them to Zen Interiors and determining their requirements, through direct sales, agents, social media and other channels.
· Conduct on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, assistance in sales prospecting, attending network events, etc.
· Acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explain how we work.
· Setting and achieving targets and objectives as agreed with Head of Sales.
· Initiate, prepare and negotiate proposals with customers for products and services.
· Monitoring established contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Developing potential... customer lists to develop new sales opportunities using available information and through market research.
· Attend weekly sales meeting and providing sales report to Head of Sales.
· Developing and supervising preparation of sales materials.
· Liaising with operations department in regard with execution and logistics of sales concluded.
· Maintain accurate and up to date database within relevant software programs
· Arrange final handover and sign off of projects
· Arrange to get and analyze feedback from customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
