Job Descrption

We are seeking an experienced MEP coordinator and HVAC Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
• Create Technical Drawings: Produce detailed Mechanical drawings, including schematics and equipment specifications, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Interpret Design Specifications: Review and interpret design specifications, technical documents, and architectural drawings provided by engineers or architects to accurately depict MEP systems.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all MEP drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety practices. Stay updated with changes in MEP codes and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, resolve design issues, and ensure coordination between MEP systems and... other building components.
• Material and Component Selection: Select appropriate HVAC materials, components, and equipment based on project requirements, technical specifications, and budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of HVAC drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Modification and Revision: Revise and update MEP drawings as needed, incorporating changes requested by engineers, architects, or clients. Maintain accurate documentation of revisions and version control
• Communication: Effectively communicate technical information and design concepts to team members, contractors, and clients. Provide support and clarification during the construction phase as needed.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, conflicts, or discrepancies related to electrical designs during the design development phase or on-site during construction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering, CAD software, and industry best practices through training, professional development, and participation in relevant seminars or workshops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
