Senior Architect - Healthcare at Menasa & Partners

Job Descrption
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning and design of a major hospital project. Your role will encompass but not be limited to client liaison, coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders and specialist services and project management responsibilities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and matching the highest of international standards.
To be considered for this position you should have a BA/B.Sc. Architecture and demonstrable experience of working on complex hospital / healthcare facilities. A working knowledge of JCAHO and AIA regulations are essential. The successful candidate will have impeccable communication skills, strong leadership experience and a proven background in delivering the design from concept through to construction drawing stage.
