Job Descrption
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to join our team, specializing in creating detailed drawings and plans for MEP systems in interior design and fit-out projects. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems while adhering to industry standards and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed drawings and layouts for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
• Ensure all MEP plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Analyze project specifications to produce accurate MEP drawings and designs.
• Review and revise existing MEP drawings as needed.
• Create 3D models and renderings to assist in the design process.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
•... Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman, ideally in the interior design fit-out sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant MEP drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of local codes and regulations for MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight project timelines.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is an advantage.
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month
Location:
• Dubai: Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate before starting work.
