Job Descrption

• Senior Design Architect - Concept for Hospitality Projects is responsible for heading the team of Architects, Junior Architects and Draftsman in the project delivery for all the hospitality projects.
• Review and validate concept design documentation as per authority regulations, master developer DCR and Studio 360° design guide
• Ensure compliance with Hospitality project requirements but not limited to building regulations, ADA guidelines, zoning and other applicable standards.
• Enforce standard design procedures (checklist, trackers, etc..) during design process to ensure multi-discipline coordination.
• Prepare authorities submission documents in coordination with the team and respond to any comments/ inquiry received from the approving authorities.
• Keep abreast of latest hospitality design requirements, code revisions, NOC’s sustainability, and environmental requirements, and make team aware of these requirements.
• Scrutinize typical details and specifications alongside... Technical Architect to ensure completeness of information.
• Periodically review projects design progress with HOD to ensure compliance of project to initially set design direction.
• Modify existing designs, based on management direction.
• Follow-up manage, and keep track of projects changes and adjustments while liaising with all stake holders.
• Provide support to BIM/CAD Technicians while guiding them throughout the work processes.
• Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities as and when required
