Jensen Hughes is seeking a dedicated BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will manage a small BIM/CAD department of 4 to 5 Technicians, focusing on producing Fire & Life Safety, Fire Engineering Systems, and Security Revit Models and AutoCAD Drawings. The workload spans various sectors, including transportation, buildings, and infrastructure.

Skills

Responsibilities
• Lead FLS and Security BIM management for large projects
• Liaise with Engineers and Team Leaders for workload distribution
• Utilize forecasting tools for managing workloads
• Oversee Revit/CAD Technicians across multiple locations
• Ensure timely project delivery and technical quality
• Enforce QA/QC processes
• Train Technicians in Revit
• Stay updated on Revit and AutoCAD developments
• Coordinate workload distribution with other regions within Jensen Hughes
• Balance technical work with managerial duties (70% technical, 30% managerial)
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Expertise in Fire and Life Safety, Fire Systems Engineering, and Security CAD/Revit/BIM production
• Excellent communication and people management skills
