Job Descrption
We are looking for a talented Joinery Cum Fit-Out Draftsman to support our design and project teams by creating detailed drawings and plans for joinery and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both joinery and fit-out design, ensuring that all specifications align with client needs and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications for joinery and fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create accurate technical drawings and 3D models.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from team members and clients, ensuring continuous alignment with project goals.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and regulations.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and... coordination with fabrication and installation teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Joinery, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in joinery and fit-out drafting, with a focus on detailed construction projects
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly in producing joinery and fit-out designs
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
