Job Descrption
Core responsibility is to manage every aspect of the operations and day-to-day management of Wellness Centre. Responsible for achieving the overall strategic objectives and financial targets of the Wellness and Membership department. Manage and control the goals and targets, as well as managing and developing employees for future growth. Provide guidance and support to staff development, inventory management and control including overall operating procedures.
Responsible for overseeing all operations and managing of the fitness and wellness services, indoor as well as outdoor and recreational services, provided within the club; ensure members and guests receive a quality, personalized experience/ service on their wellbeing objectives.

- ensures all staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipments needed to effectively carry out their job functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• wellness manager: 6 years (Preferred)
