Job Title: Typist Cum PRO

Location: Business Bay

Job Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Typist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and experience navigating UAE government portals such as MOHRE and GDRFA. This role includes typing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks, including those related to government documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Typing and Data Entry:

- Visa Typing, Emirates ID Typing moreover all typing works with 2 years of experiences.

- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into... spreadsheets, databases, and other software.

- Proofread and edit documents to ensure correctness and adherence to company standards.

2. Administrative Support:

- Assist with organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.

- Provide support for various office projects and administrative needs as required.

3. Government Portal Management:

- Typist with 2 years of experience

- Utilize MOHRE and GDRFA portals to handle tasks related to employee visas, work permits, and residency applications.

- Prepare and submit required documentation through these portals and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

- Track and follow up on the status of applications and updates from government authorities.

Qualifications:

- University Degree

- Proven typing speed and accuracy; minimum typing speed .

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

- Experience using MOHRE and GDRFA portals for administrative and documentation purposes.

- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role with a focus on government portal management.

- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.

- Experience with document management
