Job Descrption
1. Actively and comprehensively leading the sales process of travel and tour products and servicesincluding:
• preparation and execution of sales strategy and plans,
• acquiring, managing and expanding the client portfolio,
• preparing and negotiating cooperation terms,
• regular reporting on activities, sales and plan execution.
2. Establishing contacts and building relationships with existing and potential customers, including:
• providing ongoing customer service,
• assisting in resolving customer issues,

• strong sales experience, preferably in a managerial position,
• solid knowledge of the research, media, or digital industry,
• Proficiency in both English and their mother tongue
• ability to independently draft plans and execute them,
• analytical and critical thinking skills,
• independence in decision-making and goal-oriented mindset,
• high interpersonal skills and self-confidence,
Responsibilities for this position include:
Maintain a thorough... knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures to assist sales management in particular selling circumstances as the need arises
You negotiate, draw up formal contracts, close the sales & partnership agreements
You consult with new advertisers on the benefits and opportunities of working with travel audience directly and via RTB Private Marketplaces
You track pipeline, develop and communicate accurate forecasts of sales to the management team
You draw up formal offers and contracts (manage product mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims)
You keep the Salesforce database up to date and work close with the Ad Operations team to have 100% accurate information at all time
You participate in industry trade events.
