Purpose of the RolePromoting and selling Holidays & Travel products, handling leisure-related tasks to ensure company profitability and achieving targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from walk-in, corporate clients and online channels. Log in inquiries for follow-through conclusion• Converting enquiries to bookings to achieve monthly & yearly sales target on Holidays packages.• To do tele sales on holiday packages.• Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company s brochures & destinations.• To promote special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits.• To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board.• To comply with Holidays division regulations while constructing the package.• To use only company approved suppliers/vendors.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesAssisting Travel Consultant on Holidays... package.Seek management assistance and guidance by reporting any issues/worries related to reservation & ticketing which can escalate in the future.IATA certificateOther relevant supporting certificates related to leisure travel & auxiliary coursesComputer literate in MS Office & WindowsPlanning, organizing, strategic thinking and analytical skillsAble to use GDS for flights booking, online hotels & rail booking systems for other ground arrangement bookingsMinimum of 3 years experience in the travel or airline industryCompetenciesTo tailor-make and customize trip plans, and itineraries for Holidays packages as per clients requirements.Knowledge on varies Holidays destination in the world.Negotiation & persuasion skills with clients and vendorsComplexity• More exposure to popular Holidays destination to work with clients.• Multilanguage skill
