Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and oversee the cost management of high-rise construction project. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting.
• Job Responsibility:
1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-rise tower projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
2. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they stay within budget constraints.
3. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive rates.
4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
5. Conduct regular cost analysis and reporting to project stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
• Proven... track record of successfully managing cost-related aspects of construction projects
• Experience with high-rise construction projects and familiarity with industry standards.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of variations and other contractual entitlements
