Job Descrption
Supervises/carries out field surveys, assisted by a chainman.
• Ability to realize project requirements and deliver in accordance with company/client requirements and guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to oversee and manage survey aspects of site construction activities.
• Provide support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Perform duties in accordance with company’s highest quality expectations, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Liaise with other agencies (Consultants/Contractors) to coordinate the survey work.
• Prepare neat sketches to support the field work.
• Preserve all the survey information (field books, sketches & calculations).
• Perform any other essential duties that immediate superior may assign from time to time.
Requirements
• Relevant technical qualification and must have not less than 4 years of experience in survey works with modern instruments related to infrastructure... works.
• He must know all areas in the Emirate of Dubai and have thoughtful knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the Emirates of Dubai.
• Experience in inspection/supervising project activities/works.
• Highly experienced in Total Station and their associated software.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, and other related software.
• Familiar with the DM General Conditions of Contract, Quality Assurance and Surveying.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm to contribute/participate in business development and growth.
