Job Descrption

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fixer. The ideal candidate will have experience in bending, cutting, and fixing steel bars and rods to reinforce concrete structures. You will play a vital role in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Interpret Blueprints: Read and understand project specifications and blueprints to determine the required steel reinforcement.
• Cut and Bend Steel: Use appropriate tools to cut and bend steel bars and mesh to required dimensions.
• Installation: Position and secure steel reinforcements using tying wire, clips, and other fastening techniques.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and completed work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in... good working condition and report any issues to management.

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in steel fixing or related construction roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to steel fixing.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
