Secret Gardens LLC is looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our high end design-oriented landscaping & pool company to work alongside our experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals. Responsibilities

· Creating technical and submission drawings for construction and authority submission.

· Assist in site surveys and creating damage report.

· Assist in requesting quotations, samples, proforma and tax invoices to suppliers as directed by Procurement manager.

· Assist procurement team in forecasting, budgeting, controlling, procuring materials and subcons project wise or as directed by Procurement Manager.

· Coordination of on-going site deliveries to Project Managers.

· Assist Estimation Team in making... quotations for new projects including variations for existing projects as directed by Senior Estimator.

· Perform duties as required by the team.

· Assist finance team in creating profitability report for all projects.

Desired Skills & Experience
• A minimum of three years’ experience in landscaping and pools.
• Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both landscaping and pools is essential
• Strong written reporting skills
• Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements
• Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
• Previous Middle East experience is essential
• Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly desirable.
• Candidates will need to be highly organized and have document control experience
• Driving License preferable
