Quantity Surveyor/Estimator Job Description:
As a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator at Innerspace Interior Decoration LLc , you will be responsible for creating, Project quotation, Bill of quantities, materials cost, LPO and managing invoices.
Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation
Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimations for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and maintain cost databases and historical cost data for reference and analysis.

Autocad proficiency is required.
Fit-out, Villas and Mep in Dubai experienced is... required.
Experienced in Emaar Properties will be an advantage.
