Job Descrption
At least 1–2 years of experience as a cleaner (Deep cleaning, office, facade, and window glass cleaning).
Responsibilities include:
• Good knowledge about cleaning machinery (Single disc and High-pressure wash machine).
• Good knowledge about carpet shampooing, window cleaning, and façade cleaning.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Able to bend and squat to ground level.
• Able to assemble, lift, and climb ladders.
• Clean and supply designated facility areas.
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, floor scrubbing, high-pressure washing, floor polishing, and carpet shampooing.
• Select appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment for various surfaces, following corporate standards.
• Maintain a good professional approach with colleagues and clients.
• Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions, and make... adjustments and perform minor repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach places.
