For a leading Russian University in Dubai, UAE
Duties:
• Conducting general office clerk duties and errands.
• Managing the university’s general administrative activities.
• Answers phone calls, emails, take messages and provide general information.
• Greeting students and visitors and provide consultancy to them or redirecting them to a required person.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
• Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, and drafting.
• Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
• Performs secretarial, admin and front desk tasks.
• Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
• Assisting students in finding their way around in the campus.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, etc.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Organizing and maintaining documents accurately.
• Undertake any other related... tasks as may be required.
Job requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian, knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent team building, and management skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
