Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our vibrant HR team. This opportunity is perfect for someone with 1-4 years of office administrative or HR experience who is eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, international environment.
Based in Dubai’s DMCC, you will work closely with two of our offices, dividing your time between both teams. This is a full-time position, with the option to start on a part-time basis for the first few months, depending on the candidate’s availability and preference. The position is fully office-based, with the working hours being 11:30am- 19:30pm (UAE time). The candidate must have legal authorization to work in Dubai.

• Provide day-to-day HR assistance, addressing employee concerns and offering guidance on HR matters.
• Ensure the offices operates smoothly, maintaining facilities to the highest standards.
• To oversee the ordering and management of office supplies.
• Filing of all mandatory DMCC forms in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
• Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
• Possess 1-4 years of experience in office administration or HR within an international setting.
Skill Set
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in administrative tasks
• Strong organisational abilities with effective time management.
• Proven expertise in event management.
• Established relationships with vendors, facilitating seamless event management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Capable of working collaboratively within the HR team to foster a supportive work environment.
