Job Purpose• To oversee data analysis and the management information system (MIS) for the school.• To support the school in the development of its learning platforms.• To recognize the Spark of Genius in every child and endeavor to follow the Dwight vision, mission and pillars in every aspect of the role.Role and ResponsibilitiesData Executive:• Provide school leaders with data analysis and reports for student attendance, academic attainment, and progress (external and internal data), as per agreed school deadlines, guidelines, and templates.• Supporting the team with the (technical) set-up for internal and external examinations and assessments: MAP, NGRT, CAT4, PASS, MYP eAssessment, DP, TIMSS, PISA and PIRLS.• To support the school in creating, producing, editing, and distributing templates and student reports for CAT4, MAP, internal IB / school reports, and transcripts using iSAMs.MIS Executive:• To support the school with the management and development of the MIS (iSAMs), Firefly... (Upper School learning platform), SeeSaw (Lower School learning platform) and SchoolsBuddy.• To work with the timetabling team and manage the software aspect of the timetabling process. The school currently uses ASC Timetables software.• To support the school in creating student and teacher timetables for PYP, MYP, and DP, each academic year, as per agreed guidelines. This involves collaborating with the Head of Lower School, Head of Upper School, and Head of School who will, in turn, work with school leaders and teachers regarding timetable requirements. Ensure academic rollover on iSAMs that students are assigned to the correct grade/class/subject, and that student and class/subject/advisor lists are up to date.Professional Responsibilities:• To support school leaders and faculty, as and when required, with training / professional development relating to data analysis and use of the iSAMs, Firefly, Seesaw and SchoolsBuddy.• Undertake relevant training and professional development related to the role.• Ensuring collaboration and support for all stakeholders.• Consistently demonstrate professionalism and high professional standards.• Actively participate in the professional (Dwight) community.• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Head of School or the Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will:• Have experience of working with management information system/s beyond user level (with iSAMs being highly desirable).• Competence in utilizing Excel and Sheets.• Passion for data analysis and IT.• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.In return we can offer:• Friendly and helpful colleagues in a collaborative environment• Supportive, experienced leadership• All the advantages of a vibrant, positive, and diverse international community.• Competitive remuneration.How to Apply:Please submit your CV with a cover letter through the form below
