We are seeking a full-time Production Planning Coordinator to join our team at our on-site location in Sharjah. The Production Planning Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, and liaising with multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient production of orders.

This role will be including but not limited to

· Recording & Bookkeeping of all Actual Processes at Factory regarding Output of Machineries & Sections

· Following up with each Section in updating the actual production planning tracker.

· Assisting the Planning Manager in preparing the Production Planning Programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Must have prior experience in production planning and scheduling, machineries, and processes in joinery factory and
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational, time... management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple departments and suppliers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required
