Job Title: Female Asian Nationality Only -Secretary cum Receptionist and Marketing -Location: Sheikh Zayed Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
The Secretary cum Receptionist and Marketing role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting with marketing activities. This individual will ensure smooth office operations while also contributing to marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk and Administrative Duties:
• Reception Management:
• Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries.
• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Clerical Support:
• Perform general clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, and maintaining records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage... calendars for the team.
• Administrative Assistance:
• Assist in managing office supplies and place orders as needed.
• Support the management team with document preparation, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office equipment and facilities.
Marketing Support:
• Content Creation:
• Assist in creating content for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Help design and develop marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Social Media Management:
• Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Schedule and post content regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.
• Market Research:
• Assist in conducting market research and gathering data on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Analyze competitor marketing and digital content to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials for events and ensure all logistical details are handled smoothly.
• Digital Marketing:
• Help with basic SEO tasks, email marketing campaigns, and updating the company’s website.
• Track and report digital marketing performance, including social media analytics and campaign results.
Customer Relations:
• Handle client inquiries professionally and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
• Support marketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients and maintaining customer databases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a secretary, receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience in marketing activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
