Job Descrption
The Role
• Variety of work, including public and private M&A, and ECM transactions across the Middle East.
• You will be expected to take responsibility for and manage transactions. This means that you will develop outstanding transactional and organisational skills as well as developing superb technical abilities.
• You will work closely with clients and other lawyers; and mentor junior associates.
Your Profile
• A stable career record and previous exposure to mid sized M&A deals are essential for this role.
• Capable of managing mid sized deals also able to work on bigger deals. M&A focused over PE; a corporate and JVs focus.
