Job Descrption
Location : Dubai – NGI Head Office
Job Duties:
- Manage the portal requests for addition and deletion endorsement within SLA.
- Perform quality control checks on processed policies & endorsements.
- Coordinate with TPAs to issue policy, print cards and endorsements within the agreed time frame.
- Ensures that legislation and compliance has been properly adhered to with regard to policy & Member Details.
- Manage the endorsements team and monitor the activities and daily tasks .
- Identify and report process gaps and assist the Manager to improve the process.
- Any other task will be assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree .
2. Having a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the UAE with Medical Insurance knowledge.
3. Experience of Technical Operations such as underwriting, medical insurance policy administration and customer service.
4. Good English (written and... spoken) communication
