Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager-Construction Services to join our Construction Services team located in Dubai.Scope: Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the business unit contracts in coordination with site supervisors, administrative support, Operations Manager and Account Manager. Direct impact on the profitability of assigned contracts based on efficiency of deployments and management of off-hires.FinancialEnsure that employees are mobilized daily for assigned clientsEnsure transportation is arranged for all assigned accountsCustomerManagement... of all assigned Coordinators dailyBuild and maintain relationships with site managers and timekeepersEmployee engagement, providing staff with roster and shift information, responding to and resolving employee queriesProcessAssist in the management of daily absenteeism of staff for all assigned accountsAssist the Operations Manager in managing all Client and Employee issues including salary issues, absenteeism, working illegally, strike actionManage employee annual leave with both employees and clients to ensure the client requirements are met along with employee entitlementsInnovationCarry out and manage any additional responsibilities as assigned by Operations Manager including but not limited to being on call, CSR activities etc.Continuously explore opportunities to drive and enhance client experience 2-3 years industry experience with management of high volume of manpowerUAE Driving license is a mustAbility to handle pressure under scrutiny from diverse range of clientsExcellent written English and communication skills
