Transguard Group is the UAE's most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees!We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator - Facilities Management to join our Integrated Facilities Services Team on one of our most iconic managed sites in Dubai.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the training delivery to our housekeeping & cleaning employeesMonitor performance and take corrective actions through trainingEnsure that services delivery complies with the agreed certified standards covering quality, health & safety, environment, and peopleContinually improve the process for gathering and reporting of service performance information for corrective/improvement actions and new methods of work.Deploy a wide variety... of training methodsConduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new cleaning employeesIdentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysisResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices related to Hospitality servicesUtilize, help develop and maintain effective ICT systems to enhance performance, transparency, and management informationCreate and sustain a strong customer orientation within delivery services focusing on operational excellenceAchieve continuous improvement across all key areas of responsibility 2 years of relevant experience within a similar roleProven work experience as a Training Specialist within Facilities Management and/or 5-star Hotel environmentTrack record of executing successful training programsTrack record of delivering cleaning & hospitality orientated training solutions, motivating and empowering team membersPassion for cleaningFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training)Excellent communication in English – Hindi/Urdu is a strong plusStrong record keeping ability for reports and training manualsBICS Certification preferred
