Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative 2D Designer to join our team for large-scale events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs that align with event concepts and client objectives. This role requires a designer who can work in a fast-paced environment, delivering creative solutions under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative 2D designs and concepts for large-scale events, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate with event managers, production teams, and clients to understand design requirements.
• Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and digital assets for event marketing materials, including banners, posters, signage, and digital media.
• Ensure that all designs are on-brand and reflect the client's vision.
• Modify and refine designs... based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all files are print-ready.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a 2D Designer in event management, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in event design and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of print and digital design processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
• A passport that allows immediate entry into Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Ability to join immediately and be flexible with travel for on-site work in KSA when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferably European
• Knowledge of 3D design software and event technology is a plus.
• Previous experience working on large-scale events or exhibitions.
