Key Responsibilities:
• SoW Understanding: Conduct thorough analysis of client briefs to grasp event objectives, audience, and budget constraints.
• Concept Development: Use creativity and industry expertise to design event concepts that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Event Planning: Lead the full planning process for corporate events—venue selection, theme development with creative studio, activations, entertainment, and logistics.
• Budget... Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses meet client expectations.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including event timelines, cost estimates, and creative concepts.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (6+ years) in corporate event planning, with a history of delivering large-scale, high-impact events.
• Strong ability to create detailed event journeys from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in event planning tools and software is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
• Ability to meet tight submission and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
