Job Descrption

Thomsun Trading Establishment is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless online customer experiences while driving sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on our e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and SEO for better visibility and search ranking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, warehouse) to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor e-commerce sales performance and report on key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
• Assist in executing online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and social media promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to e-commerce transactions.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in... e-commerce coordination or online retail.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify) and online sales strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
