Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Magento E-Commerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Magento 2 multi-store platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, data management, and technology tools, with a proven ability to manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns effectively. This role requires an individual who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our online stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Magento Management:
• Manage and update the Magento 2 multi-store portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Upload and update product listings, including simple, configurable, and bundled items, across multiple stores.
• Ensure efficient handling of product listings, promotions, and inventory management across stores.
E-Commerce Operations:
• Oversee daily operations on... e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
• Develop and maintain accurate product listings, manage pricing strategies, and oversee inventory control.
• Implement promotional campaigns, track their performance, and assess effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Data Management:
• Execute Magento import and export jobs for bulk updates across multiple website stores.
• Conduct data validation, sorting, and filtering to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, macros, and VBA) to analyse data and generate meaningful reports.
Domain and Email Management:
• Manage domains and email services, including Google Workspace (Gmail), ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
• Create and manage professional email signatures for the organization.
Technology and Tools:
• Stay up to date with evolving e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, and order management systems.
• Familiarize with customer relationship management (CRM) software to improve customer engagement and retention efforts.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and updating Magento 2 multi-store environments.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, including product management, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, macros, and VBA).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including order management systems and payment gateways.
• Knowledge and experience in managing domains and email services, including Google Workspace.
