We are a leading premium dental and aesthetic clinic located in Dubai, dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care and advanced medical treatments. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows in both dental and aesthetic departments.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient communication, and staff coordination to ensure an efficient and welcoming patient experience.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and... manage the clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure all clinic resources are well-maintained and operational.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in the dental and aesthetic industry, helping to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage billing and ensure accurate financial records in coordination with the accounts team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
