Technician - Back Office Support at Xad Technologies LLC

Job Descrption
Network Administration:
• Monitor and maintain network performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and other network devices.
• Ensure network security by implementing and monitoring firewall and VPN configurations
Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Document and track technical issues and solutions.
System Maintenance:
• Perform regular system backups and data recovery.
• Update and patch operating systems and applications.
• Manage and monitor server health and performance.
Configuration Management:
• Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
• Implement and manage user accounts and permissions.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of network configurations, system changes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Generate reports on network... performance and system issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work with other IT staff and departments to support overall IT operations.
• Communicate with vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,900.00 per month
